anyway, this morning i woke up feeling extremely tired and "fat." does anyone else ever wake up just feeling fat? because i have generalized anxiety, i have learned i'm very in tune with my body and i can "feel" when my body changes and anything physical that is happening to it. it's weird.
that feeling quickly changed after i went to bootcamp today. i always feel awesome afterwards because our trainers push us to the limit and make sure we get the most out of the 55 minutes we are there. today we did stations...which i LOVE.
6 stations, 3 exercises at each station, 5 minutes of as many rounds you can do.
i was each station by myself, which i was okay with. i dont like the competitiveness.
station 1:
wall balls - 15 reps (use a 14-20 lb ball. squat and throw the ball up to the wall when you come up)
donkey kicks - 20 reps --> picture of it here you jump back and forth with your legs on the floor and the wall
throw downs - 10 reps (use 14-20 lb ball and throw the ball towards the bottom of the wall
station 2:
row 250 m (on highest level)
plank (move up and down) - 20 reps
side/side plyo (aka skaters) - 20 reps
station 3:
prowler push - x2 (low push on the way down, high push on the way back)
push press w/ barbell - 15 reps (i used a 25 lb barbell)
ball slams (10 lb ball) - 10 reps
after this station we did a 3 lap run
station 4:
jump rope - 40 reps
tricep dips - 20 reps
burpees - 10 reps
station 5:
mt. climbers - 30 reps
renegade rows (10 lb dumbells) - 20 reps
russian twists (10 lb plate) - 20 reps
station 6:
box jumps - 15 reps
lunges w/ medicine ball overhead - 10 reps
