3 hours at the gym makes me very, very tired.
t-n-t, power yoga, and bodyattack. i love mondays. :)
even though it makes me tired, it also makes me feel great. on top of the world.
and...hungry.
pre-work out i ate cinnamon swirl oatmeal made with almond milk and 1 tbsp of pb mixed in. and 2 figs on the side.
post-work out i made a whey protein shake with chocolate peanut butter flavored whey protein + milk.
and for lunch i tried something different. way different. but good.
a tempeh wrap. =)
Pesto Tempeh Wrap
1/2 block of tempeh (2 oz) cut into cubes
1 tbsp pesto sauce
1/4 green pepper chopped
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 whole grain tortilla (i used la tortilla factory)
Saute tempeh, green pepper, and mushrooms in pesto sauce. Add spinach and saute until wilted. Put all ingredients in wrap and eat.
