i know my breakfast looks gross. but it's sooooo good. :) apple pumpkin cinnamon oats.
1/3 c old fashioned oats, 1/2 c water, 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 scoop chia seeds, 1 chopped apple, cinnamon, 1/4 c pumpkin
here's yesterdays lunch. i roasted a sweet potato and had a boca burger with pesto, mayo, and ketchup. a little cottage cheese on the side also.
yesterday was boring. i didn't do much. i went to a 3-2-1 fit class which kicked my butt. amy is one of the most difficult instructors at my gym. but that's a good thing! after that i did a 20 minute incline work out on the treadmill. then i came home and did a 30 minute ab video. :)
then i worked 5-close as usual. blahhhhh.
i'm excited for tomorrow. going to see my dad's side of the family. =)

Hey tell your grammy and mark hi for me! i miss them lots. AND we need to plan a hang out soon.... and I WANT TO MAKE THAT BREAKFAST! it looks and sounds good to me. where do you buy chia seeds?
